When I launched Gathering on the Greens® in 2012, I knew it had to be different. Not performative. Not transactional. But intentional, designed to meet executive women where they are and help move them toward where they want to be.
From the start, I envisioned a space where high-achieving women could step away from the noise, connect without pretense and have the conversations that do not always happen in traditional settings. It was not about the sport. It was about the access and opportunity it offered. The perspective. The candid conversations.
