When I launched Gathering on the Greens® in 2012, I knew it had to be different. Not performative. Not transactional. But intentional — designed to meet executive women where they are and move them toward where they want to be.
From the start, I envisioned a space where high-achieving women could step away from the noise, tap into strategic clarity, and build meaningful connection—without pretense. It wasn’t about the sport—it was about the access it unlocked. The perspective. The unfiltered conversations that don’t happen in traditional settings. What began as a bold weekend experiment quickly grew into something more: a trusted environment where real conversations unfold, partnerships take root, and personal breakthroughs happen alongside professional growth.
